Job Opportunity: Kitchen Porter at The Fife Arms Hotel

We have an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at The Fife Arms Hotel as a Kitchen Porter. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent service and a desire to develop.

Your responsibilities include:

• Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockery and cutlery, as well as pots and pans, are washed, cleaned, and returned to their storage area.
• Cleaning the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors, cooker hoods, and other areas as requested by the Sous Chef and according to the shift checklist.
• Ensuring that rubbish is sorted correctly, compacted as applicable, and disposed of in the correct bins on the loading bay.
• Ensuring that bins are cleaned and washed as required.
• Keeping the loading bay neat and tidy.
