PRM Limited in Lisburn, United Kingdom, is seeking an Assistant Cook to support the daily running of the canteen. You will assist in smooth kitchen operations, ensure food preparation to high standards, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

This role requires basic food hygiene, good communication and teamwork, and the ability to follow HACCP records. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am–4.00pm with a Saturday morning rota; permanent opportunities are offered by the employer.

Qualificações

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities.
• Basic Food Hygiene knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure planning, preparation and cooking of food to high standards.
• Maintain a safe environment in line with health, safety, fire and hygiene rules.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area.
• Manage and complete required HACCP documentation to keep records up to date.
• Operate the till and handle associated duties.
• Perform other operational duties as required.
