Harry Ramsden’s Group Limited is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and drive excellence, innovation, and outstanding food quality across our Lancashire site.

You will manage food safety, stock control, and menu execution while developing staff; a strong hands-on leadership style is essential. We offer a bonus scheme up to £1,000 quarterly, up to £1,000 annual, and potential additional bonuses up to £5,000 per year, plus benefits.

• Proven experience managing teams in a busy kitchen environment.
