Job summary

Harry Ramsden’s Group Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team and lead shifts at our iconic site in London. You will strive to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding quality, hospitality, and efficiency during busy periods.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain cleanliness, food quality and service standards, modelling our values and helping the site achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on, approachable leader.
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
