In this leadership role, you’ll coach staff, ensure robust knowledge of COSHH, food safety, H&S, and cost management while collaborating with front-of-house to enhance guest experience and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Up-to-date COSHH, food safety and health & safety compliance.

• Hire and onboard new team members inclusively.
