Slug And Lettuce in Sheffield is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, uphold high standards in food safety and hygiene, and work closely with front-of-house to drive performance.

You will oversee staffing, training, stock control, and ensure compliance with COSHH and health & safety regulations, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering training.
• Solid knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety and H&S regulations.
• Ability to hire, onboard and develop kitchen staff.
• Experience in maintaining high hygiene and cost controls.

Responsibilities
