Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef for the Elisabeth Arms to lead a kitchen that delivers high-standard dishes and inspires the team to achieve excellence.

You will manage all kitchen operations, train staff, monitor stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene compliance across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen in a pub/restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
