Job summary

The Red Lion at Sizzling Pub & Grill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspire the team and deliver the highest standard of food. You will manage all aspects of the kitchen and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

This role offers opportunities for growth within Mitchells & Butlers' pub brands, with a focus on training, stock control, health and hygiene compliance, and working on a branded menu.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food.
