Mitchells & Butler plc's Elisabeth Arms is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen that the pub can be proud of. You’ll inspire your team and set the standard for food leaving the pass, managing all areas of the kitchen and driving consistency across service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume pub or restaurant.
• Ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Strong focus on health and hygiene compliance.
