Crown Aldridge, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team and craft high-standard dishes that keep guests returning. You’ll inspire your team, manage food ordering, stock, and hygiene while driving sales and ensuring consistent quality across a branded menu.
