Oatlands Chaser in Weybridge is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen the team can be proud of, inspiring your chefs and ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets the highest standard. You’ll motivate your team, drive performance, and help uphold the Innkeepers Collection ethos with a hotel attached.

This opportunity includes onsite accommodation (one bedroom), a pension, 25 days holiday, brand discounts, and health and dental plans, plus a share in the business.

As Head Chef at the Oatlands Chaser you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 20 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
