Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Head Chef for the Oatlands Chaser, overseeing a premium kitchen and leading a team to deliver exceptional food. The role supports an attached 20-room hotel and involves managing kitchen operations, leading by example, and ensuring top-quality dishes reach guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume, premium environment.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations including ordering, prep and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and brand hygiene standards.

As Head Chef at the Oatlands Chaser you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 20 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
