MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Kitchen Manager-Head Chef at the Mermaid within Vintage Inns in the West Midlands. You’ll lead the kitchen, inspire your team and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of the highest standard, while managing all areas of operations to keep guests coming back.
