Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef for the Curlew, leading kitchen operations, inspiring a team and delivering high-standard food across the pub group. You’ll manage ordering, stock, health and hygiene, and work with a branded menu while driving guest satisfaction.
