Job summary

Island Queen is recruiting a Head Chef to lead a kitchen built on pride, passion and consistency. You’ll inspire your team, manage food ordering, prep and stock, and ensure high standards that keep guests returning.

You’ll work within the Castle Pubs brand family, delivering a branded menu, maintaining health and hygiene regulations, and driving sales and guest satisfaction across our pubs.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Island Queen you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
