Island Queen in Islington is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspire the team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards. You will manage all kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction and help grow sales through a branded menu.

You’ll train and motivate your team to consistently deliver top-quality food, while maintaining strict health, safety, and hygiene practices in a busy pub environment.

Formación

• Experience leading a kitchen and driving consistent high-quality food.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team while hitting sales targets.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
