Oaktree Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers are inviting applications for a Head Chef who will lead a kitchen team and drive high standards across all dishes.

You will manage kitchen operations, inspire staff, and work with a branded menu while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations. This role is suitable for someone seeking their first Head Chef appointment within a community-focused pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior kitchen leader or Head Chef is desirable.
• Ability to train, inspire and develop a team to deliver quality dishes.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and brand standards.

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by hitting targets with your team.
