Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef for the Brockwell Seam to lead a kitchen that delivers top-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. You will inspire a culinary team, manage kitchen operations, and drive performance to keep guests returning for more.

You will oversee menu execution, stock control, and compliance with food safety standards while maintaining a vibrant, community-focused dining environment within a pub-brand setting.
