Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the Brockwell Seam to lead a kitchen that prides itself on high standards and consistency. You will inspire a team, manage all kitchen operations, and drive guest satisfaction while delivering on a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
