Haven in Weymouth is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a busy kitchen, drive high standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

You will mentor team members, manage resources and costs, ensure safety and brand compliance, and maintain exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large kitchen teams (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or Sous Chef).
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
