Job Title: Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader ready to advance their career. As a leader at Goddard Arms, you will be the figurehead of the dining operation, maintaining high standards and developing future Kitchen Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support, coach, and mentor your team at Goddard Arms.
2. Maintain high standards of food knowledge and skills.
3. Keep up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal regulations.
4. Support recruitment and induction of new team members.
5. Lead, manage, and develop your team, ensuring complete training.
6. Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and safety standards.
7. Create and manage the kitchen rota to meet labour targets.
8. Conduct stock takes to ensure GP margins are met.
9. Drive sales and growth through effective engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
10. Order food supplies and equipment as needed.
