TGI Fridays UK in Cardiff is seeking a General Manager to drive operational excellence and guest experiences across all shifts. This role includes leading a diverse team, maintaining high standards, and delivering a magical experience with real food and vibes.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and hold full accountability for people, guest experience, sales, profit and safety. The position features a guaranteed 48-hour contract and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• Ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture in hospitality.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience and kitchen experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong financial skills and ability to handle audits and due diligence.
• Ability to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Great personality to engage guests every shift.

Being a General Manager

Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant.

This will include:
