Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities

1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies, overseeing cleanliness and safety.
3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times.
4. Managing performance of Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
5. Providing feedback and developing key employees.
6. Conducting inventory and safety checks.
7. Handling, maintaining, and storing kitchen items properly.
8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
9. Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs.
10. Scheduling and assigning tasks to Back of House staff.
11. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
12. Participating in hiring processes.
13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment.
