KITCHEN MANAGER
Our client is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager.
All food is cooked on site, freshly prepared using only the finest ingredients, locally sourced from High-Welfare British Farms.
You will possess high standards for working with food and collaborating with passionate teams. This company is rapidly growing and evolving.
You will oversee daily kitchen operations, managing costs, health & safety systems, maintaining high food quality, and fostering a positive energy within the team.

Package - Up to £40k + BONUS

  • 20% quarterly bonus up to 60%, performance-based bonus.
  • Daily food allowance during shifts with unlimited coffee.

Key Responsibilities:
