ABOUT US

Responsibilities:

  • Work hands-on alongside another baker to ensure smooth operations and high production standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards, using Marketman and Alert65 to manage compliance.
  • Compliance & Hygiene Management: Conduct regular inspections and oversee hygiene protocols.
  • Wastage & Efficiency Management: Implement strategies to minimise wastage and optimise production efficiency. Track and analyse data to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Franchise Monitoring & Quality Control: Provide operational support to franchise teams to align processes with Crème's expectations.
  • Training & Development: Work closely with and train the other baker to maintain high production standards.
  • Optional Task - New Product Development: Support planning of the monthly flavour calendar, ensuring at least 8 months of pre-planned flavours. Assist with trial runs of new flavours for feasibility and consistency.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance best practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
