Our Kitchen Managers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygiene, maintaining high operational standards, and achieving commercial targets.

Responsibilities

1. Leading the kitchen team, ensuring efficient service within budget and compliant with standards.
2. Ensuring meals are presented to a high standard and served on time.
3. Maintaining a fully compliant kitchen with statutory health & safety and food hygiene requirements.
4. Inspiring your team to deliver excellent food service and customer experience.
5. Creating a fun and productive environment, fostering development opportunities for your team.

Who We Are Looking For

1. Experience in food service management.
2. Commercial awareness, including budgeting, profitability, and sales growth.
3. Ability to identify training needs and coach staff effectively.
