Are you a Kitchen Manager or a Sous Chef looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager with extensive experience in gastro pubs or quick service restaurants to join our team.

The newly relaunched Elephant & Castle is a unique venue, an iconic pub, sports bar, and beer garden over two floors. Known for outstanding service and a classic gastro food menu, it is one of SE London's best-kept secrets.

You Are

• An enthusiastic, dynamic Chef ready for a new challenge.
• Experienced with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
• Familiar with professional kitchen standards, including Health and Safety.
• Proven track record in managing kitchens, controlling stock, and GP.
• Detail-oriented with technical skills.
• Problem solver who can resolve issues efficiently.
