Job summary

All Bar One Harrogate seeks a Kitchen Lead to drive the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and memorable guest experiences. You will mentor chefs, manage stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met within a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and stock control.
• Ability to train and inspire kitchen staff to meet targets.
