Job summary

Simply Jobsworth in the West Midlands is seeking a Kitchen Extraction Technician to join a growing team. The role involves cleaning, maintenance and inspection of extraction systems in restaurants, pubs, hotels, care homes and other venues, predominantly at night.

We offer starting salary from £28,000, full-time permanent employment, full training, PPE and uniform, plus overtime opportunities and career progression.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and reliable with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working night shifts and travelling between sites.
• Willing to follow procedures and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and inspection on kitchen extraction systems.
• Cleaning canopies, filters, fans and related equipment.
• Working at height where required and using professional cleaning gear.
• Completing cleaning and inspection records and reporting issues.
• Taking before-and-after photos and representing the company professionally.
