Job summary

RGB Building Supplies, part of IBMG, is seeking a Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Designer & Sales Consultant in Exeter to guide customers from enquiry to completion with expert product advice and tailored solutions.

You will design and sell kitchens and bathrooms, provide quotations, manage multiple projects, and build strong showroom displays and supplier relationships while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Kitchen and/or bathroom showroom experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen, bathroom and related products.
• Experience using design software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell kitchens and bathrooms for trade and retail customers.
• Provide expert product advice and tailored solutions.
• Prepare and follow up quotations to secure sales.
• Manage customer projects from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct showroom, home, and site consultations when required.
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and high presentation standards.
• Upsell and maximise every sales opportunity.
