Job summary

Wickes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from first showroom conversation through to installation at their home. You\'ll design spaces, advise on products, and manage the full customer journey with care.

The role combines in-store and on-site visits, requires a customer-focused, sales-driven mindset, and uses design tools to bring ideas to life. A comprehensive training program, benefits, and flexible working options are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative selling with a target-driven mindset.
• Creative design ability to visualize spaces.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with design tools is desirable; knowledge of AutoCAD or Photoshop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full Wickes customer journey in-store, virtual, or at home.
• Turn prospects into customers by finding best solutions within space and budget.
• Create inspiring designs using our design tools and present/refine ideas with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and high standards.
• Stay organised, update customers, and communicate progress clearly.
• Stay compliant with policies including finance, GDPR, and health & safety.
