Job summary

Wickes in Greater London is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from initial showroom conversation through to home visits, helping them design spaces that work beautifully. You’ll use our design tools to create inspiring concepts, present refinements with customers, and maintain showroom displays while delivering excellent service and compliant processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually, or at customers' homes with consistent care.
• Turn prospects into customers and proactively generate showroom leads.
• Create inspiring designs using design tools and refine ideas with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organised, update customers, and communicate progress clearly.
