Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (Relief) at Puddingstone Grange in London. You will help prepare meals, assist the Cook/Head Chef, and serve residents to ensure a warm, enjoyable dining experience.

• Essential Environmental Health Certificate in Food Hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients – fruits, vegetables, and more.
• Assist with meal preparation and support the Cook/Head Chef.
• Serve meals and ensure mealtimes are enjoyable for residents.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and hygienic.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and nutritional standards every day.
• Help plan menus with input from residents.
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy.
