Job summary

Avante Care & Support is recruiting a Senior Care Lead for Puddingstone Grange in London. This full-time role (with relief shifts) offers an opportunity to mentor Care Support Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and step in for senior leadership when needed.

You’ll hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate compassion, professionalism and a proactive approach to improving residents’ lives in a supportive home environment.

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver person-centred care.
• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
• Support training and development for colleagues.
