Job summary

Avante Care & Support in Chatham is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join Amherst Court on a 28-hour week. You will help prepare meals, set up dining areas and support daily kitchen tasks in a caring home for older residents.

You should be enthusiastic about cooking, a team player and committed to hygiene and safety. We offer flexible patterns, DBS check and uniform, pension contributions, training and career progression.

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant 28 Hours to join our team at Amherst court, Palmerston Rd, Chatham ME4 6LU

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, fruits, and assist with meal preparation.
• Set tables, serve meals, and assist with clean-up.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and maintain hygiene standards.
