Thomas Franks in Bristol is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at a prestigious location. You will help prepare breakfast and lunch using fresh seasonal ingredients and follow our brand standards.

You will work in a supportive team, learn in our chefs academy, and enjoy benefits including free meals on duty, pension, and opportunities for career progression.

Formación

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred

Responsabilidades

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player

A fantastic B&I location, part of a large group, one of the world's leading communications services companies with this location based in Bristol. Catering for about 300 people daily, we offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and vending options along with lots of hospitality. This location operates Monday - Wednesday 7:00 -15:00. and benefits from good transport links.

We are looking for a talented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Bristol.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
