RBH is hiring a Kitchen Porter at Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport. You will keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning, washing and organising equipment, and assisting chefs during busy shifts. This role offers mornings, evenings and weekend shifts across 3 x 4-hour sessions.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle kitchen hygiene standards.
• Previous kitchen porter experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliable and able to work well in a busy team.

• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and organising equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
• Wash and sanitise pots, pans, dishes, and other kitchen tools, making sure everything is ready for the next dish.
• Help with basic food prep tasks, like peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients, to support the chefs during busy shifts.
• Manage waste by disposing of rubbish, recycling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Keep storage areas stocked, organised, and clean, ensuring supplies are easy to find and ready to use.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, helping to keep the kitchen stocked and organised.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards rigorously, contributing to a safe and spotless kitchen.

You will be working 3 x 4hr shifts per week, will include mornings, evenings and weekends.
