RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in Manchester's Northern Quarter invites applications for a Guest Service Assistant to warmly welcome guests at check-in and assist throughout their stay. This role sits at the heart of our hotel experience, combining friendly service with efficient front-desk operations.

You will work closely with housekeeping and maintenance, handling bookings, inquiries and guest requests to ensure a memorable visit in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.

• Maintain a welcoming front desk appearance and professional demeanor.
• Handle calls and emails, managing reservations with efficiency.

• Process bookings and payments with precision, ensuring every detail is spot-on for a hassle-free stay.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to quickly handle guest requests and keep everything running smoothly.
• Keep the front desk looking sharp, creating an inviting and professional vibe for every visitor.
• Manage daily tasks like calls, emails, and reservations with efficiency, staying cool under pressure.
• Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests' stays memorable.
