Fodder, operated by Yorkshire Agricultural Society, is looking to expand its catering team in Harrogate. This hands-on role supports daily kitchen operations and delivers top-quality Yorkshire food to guests, with occasional evening events and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role assisting in producing top-class Yorkshire food and supporting a busy kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and present food to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
• Liaise with the catering team to communicate orders clearly and ensure smooth kitchen-to-customer service.
• Keep pot wash area clean; wash and tidy all pots and equipment quickly.
• Carry out daily/weekly cleaning per schedule to maintain high kitchen cleanliness.
• Work with the kitchen team following Society procedures and policies.
• Follow HACCP plan and complete paperwork to maintain top food hygiene.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Support catering team to execute events, occasional evenings.
• Promote fairness and respect in the workplace.
• Be an ambassador of the Society values.
