At Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd, a Kitchen Assistant helps deliver exceptional customer experiences in our restaurants by preparing and presenting meals to menu standards while upholding food hygiene and high operational standards.

You will learn about dietary needs, allergies and safety, working with a team to ensure meals reach customers on time and to a high standard, in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in food service.
• Knowledge and understanding of kitchen health, safety and hygiene ruules.
• Relevant food safety qualifications would be ideal

Responsabilités

• Preparing and presenting food in line with menu specification
• Working proactively and supporting general kitchen duties
• Working alongside the kitchen team to ensure your customers are presented with their meal to a high standard and on time
