Center Parcs UK & Ireland at Longleat Forest is hiring a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for the Pancake House.

You’ll assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow health and safety guidelines.

This part-time role includes shifts 7:30am–5pm, a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over 4 weeks, and benefits such as free day passes, discounts, a bonus scheme and training.

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food

Your working hours

• The Pancake House is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 5pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
