Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for The Pancake House. You will assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food, and learn through full training in a friendly, family-friendly environment.

This part-time role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays; a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over 4 weeks with potential for additional hours. A proactive, cheerful team player will fit in and support high hygiene standards.

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly The Pancake House team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:30am to 5:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
