Job summary

Center Parcs in Longleat Forest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for Sports Bar to support food preparation, cooking and presentation. The role includes learning on the job, full training and a chance to progress within a friendly team.

Shifts run 9am–11pm, 150 guaranteed hours over 4 weeks with potential for extra hours. You will work full-time, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, in a lively family-friendly setting.

Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef - Sports Bar Longleat Forest | £12.87per hour plus tips

Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Sports Café team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

• Sports Café is open 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm


• Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8am and midnight


• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period.


• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements


• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
