Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for Whinfell Forest. You will prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants, and step in for the Kitchen Manager when needed.

The role is full-time with a 150-hour minimum over a 4-week period and shifts from 1:30pm to 11:00pm, including evenings and weekends. Colleagues receive access to leisure facilities and training opportunities.

Restaurant Runner delivers freshly prepared meals from our restaurants straight to guests' accommodation.

We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Runner team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours
