Job summary

Berkeley Scott Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for temporary agency assignments in school kitchens around Leatherhead. You will assist with basic food prep, washing up and keeping a tidy, hygienic kitchen during school hours.

Shifts follow term-time schedules, typically Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends. A minimum of 6 months UK kitchen experience and an Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) are preferred. DBS is required for safeguarding pupils.

Working patterns follow school hours, typically Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends. Duties include basic food preparation, washing up, cleaning equipment, keeping the kitchen tidy and hygienic, and serving meals to pupils and staff.
