MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is offering a 15-month Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship with a full-time kitchen role. You will train on the job under experienced chefs, learning to prepare, cook and present food to brand standards while supporting daily kitchen operations.

No prior experience is required as everything is taught. The programme includes mentoring, English and Maths Functional Skills if needed, and progressions within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided in-house.
• Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.
• Full-time kitchen role under supervision of experienced chefs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food safely and to brand standard.
• Assist team during busy service periods.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock rotation.
• Adhere to brand policies, licensing laws and safety requirements.
