Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You’ll work full-time in a kitchen under experienced chefs, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while contributing to high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training will be provided.
• You are willing to learn, have a passion for cooking and are proud to work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par process.
• Stay updated on promotions and new products.
• Engage in in-house training and learning modules.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
• Complete required documentation and cleaning tasks.
