Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is recruiting a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to carry out planned maintenance and multi-trade tasks for customers in the UK. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating with a focus on safe, high-quality delivery and clear communication with residents.

Required qualifications include NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and reporting safeguarding or property concerns where appropriate

  Are you an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter looking for a stable, well-organised role with a great work-life balance and the opportunity to make a real difference?, Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and laying sheet vinyl flooring
• Experience repairing floorboards, boxing in pipes, completing 1st and 2nd fix pipe work, fitting new showers, skimming walls and ceilings, and painting surfaces to a high standard
• A professional who takes pride in their work and ensures all tasks are completed promptly and to high standards
• Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades

Additional requirements

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
• Right to work in the UK
