Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is recruiting a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to carry out planned maintenance and multi-trade tasks for customers in the UK. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating with a focus on safe, high-quality delivery and clear communication with residents.

Required qualifications include NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing or wet trades
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of planned maintenance and improvement works in customers' homes
• Completing multi-trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decorating, and general repairs
• Delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes wherever possible
• Providing a professional, customer-focused service and keeping customers informed throughout works
• Using materials, tools, and equipment responsibly and maintaining them in good condition
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to achieve team and service targets
• Identifying and reporting safeguarding or property concerns where appropriate
