Job summary

The Wonderfield Group’s YO! at Tesco Cleethorpes is recruiting for a part-time retail food assistant to support daily kiosk operations, food prep and customer service. You will work with the team to maintain high standards and help ensure a positive guest experience in a busy store environment.

Hybrid working arrangement offered with site on Mon-Thu and occasional Fridays from home, plus an apprentice programme and a range of wellbeing and financial benefits.

Responsibilities

• You will be assisting your manager in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food and serving customers with a smile.
• You will be highly attentive to detail and able to deliver consistent standards in a fast-paced environment.
• You will ensure daily records of delivery, wastage and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately.
• You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards.
• You will interact confidently with our customers, have fantastic menu knowledge and drive sales to leave customers happy with both quality and service.
